Leadership Lyceum Organizes Capstone Project at Houston Food Bank
to Help with Hurricane Harvey Recovery

On Monday, September 18, 2017, the Houston Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) volunteered at the Houston Food Bank to assist our community affected by Hurricane Harvey. Members of the 2017-2018 Leadership Lyceum participated by volunteering as a group to sort donations at the facility.

The Houston Food Bank is the largest food bank in the country, giving out over 83 Million meals each year to those in need.  In the wake of the devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey, the food bank is working with a network of partner agencies to ensure food and supplies is getting to those who need it most in southeast Texas.
